Abstract
A 4x4 TDM MIMO radar sensor in the 77 GHz frequency band is presented, realized by cascading two System-on-Chip Radar transceivers manufactured in a 22nm FDX CMOS technology. A joint sequence velocity solver is implemented to increase the unambiguous velocity range limited by TDM transmtt channel switching. The performance of the sensor is validated in an anechoic chamber using a target simulator.
